Unable To Transfer Demand For Reservations With Serial Numbers With Quantity 1 (Doc ID 3061008.1)

Symptoms

In Inventory Management, find that Transfer to Demand option is disabled for reservations with serial numbers with a quantity of 1

Steps:

1. Choose Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to On-hand, Availability > Reservations
3. Hit New button to create the reservation for a serial controlled item.
3. On Demand Tab, select the source type as 'Inventory'
4. Enter the Quantity as 1
5. Enter a serial number on Serial field
6. Click on Tools menu
7. Note that Transfer to Demand option is Disabled.
