Cannot Complete The Pick Load For Move Order, Requires LPN But 'Transfer LPN' or 'Into LPN' Fields Grayed Out (Doc ID 3061051.1)

Symptoms

Find that the Pick Load activity can't be completed for move orders, users are not allowed to scan the LPN in Transfer LPN or Into LPN fields as they are grayed out. 

Steps:

1. Login to mobile applications
2. choose Whse Mgmt Responsibility
3. Navigate to Tasks > Manual Tasks > Paper based Pick
4. Enter the Pick ID
5. Confirm the quantity and try to scan the LPN in 'Transfer LPN' or 'Into LPN' fields but these fields are grayed out.
