Symptoms
The ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load program completes with below error in the Log file when attempting to load data to Enterprise Command Center (ECC) for the General Ledger (GL) module.
ERROR

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into a General Ledger Responsibility > View > Requests > Submit a new request
2. Run the 'General Ledger Command Center Data Load' Program > View Log > Check the Log file

New ECC install, data needs to be loaded to GL module.
