Symptoms
Create Accounting process is generating errors 95318 and 95325
The PRC: Create Accounting program generates the Subledger Accounting Report shows the following:
Error: 4 - 95318 - The account code combination id 0 specified for line 4 does not exist. Please use a valid account code combination id for the subledger journal entry line.
But, Line 4 is NOT shown in the Journal Entry details shown in the report. The drafts do NOT show Line 4 at all. User can see lines 1 to 3 on draft revenue (Number 487) then line 5 on draft revenue (Number 516). The output does not display any context for line 4.
The PRC: Create Accounting output shows:
The account code combination id 0 specified for line 4 does not exist. Please use a valid account code combination id for the subledger journal entry line.
The account code combination id 0 specified for line 5 does not exist. Please use a valid account code combination id for the subledger journal entry line.
The GL date 30-NOV-2023 is not in an open or a future enterable period. Please select a valid GL date or open the period.
The account code combination id 0 specified for line 5 does not exist. Please use a valid account code combination id for the subledger journal entry line.
