Symptoms

When attempting to run Invoice on Hold Report ,
the following error/warning occurs.

ERROR

One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

1. Payables Responsibility
2. Submit Request window
3. Run Invoice on Hold Report
