Symptoms

Payroll Archive Program fails with the error below.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility:US HRMS manager

2. Navigate View ->Requests -> Submit Concurrent program ->Submit Payroll Archive 

3. Check log file for the error
