Error "Invalid ROE Reason code has been selected" When Attempting to Approve An Absence the Second Time (Doc ID 3061606.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to approve an absence for the second time after changing the dates and confirming, the workflow goes into error:

Invalid ROE Reason code has been selected. Please select a valid reason code for the profile option selected.



Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service responsibility > My Absences.
2. Click on Create Absence.
3. Enter Absence Details and click on calculate Duration.
4. Navigate to the review page and click on Submit.
5. Login as the Manager and approve the absence request.
6. Navigate to Employee Self-Service responsibility > My Absences.
7. On the Absence Summary page click on Confirm for the absence just submitted.
8. The absence now shows as confirmed.
9. Change the dates for the Absence request and click on calculate duration.
10. Navigate to the review page and click on Submit.
11. Login as the Manager again to approve the absence request.
12. Login as the System Administrator.
13. Check the HRSSA workflow in Status Monitor.
14. Workflow would be in error status with the above error.
