Symptoms
When attempting to cancel an invoice, the following error occurs:
FRM-40654 : Record Has Been Updated. Requery block to see the change
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Payables Manager --> Invoices --> Create or Inquiry
2. Query an invoice
3. Try to cancel
