OSP return quantity is not being updated on OSP Challan from if the receipt is created via interface table (RCV_INTERFACE).

Steps
----------
1.Navigate to India Local Purchasing.
2.Oracle Financial of India > Transactions > Outside Processing.
3.Create the challan based on PO Number.
4.Approve the challan.
5.create the Receipt via interface table (RCV_INTERFACE).
6.Oracle Financial of India > Transactions > Outside Processing.
7.Query the challan from based on from number to validate the Return quantity.
8.Find that Return quantity is not updated.
