Last Update Date Of Price List Line Is Updating Even Though The Line Is Not Updated (Doc ID 3061760.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Price List

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When updating any line in a price list, the last_update_date of other lines are updated even though there is no update in those lines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The last_update_date value is only updated on the line that is being updated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Oracle Pricing Manager Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to MENUPATH > Price Lists > Price List Setup
3. Query any price list, click on any list line (e.g. Line 1)
4. Create a new list line and Save
5. The last_update_date of line 1 also gets updates even though there are no changes to the line 1.

This issue can also be seen when checking the last_update_date of the list lines by using the below query:
