Goal

When receiving files from OBN to Fusion CMK the following error is encountered:

Error occurred while invoking receiver SOAP service (Non 200 Status Code returned : -1null).

Files can be sent outbound just fine.

A Web Application Firewall (WAF) rule was created in the compartment in the environment to allow the IP addresses to be communicated to but this did not resolve the issue.
