Symptoms

When attempting to run the interface trip stop,
the following error occurs and is shown in the concurrent request log file.

execution error
error in Handle_Bulk_Mode_Per_Order User-Defined Exception
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=Error: VertexInvalidTaxAreaIdException: Cannot find tax area. Please verify that the tax area id [XX,XXX,XXX] provided for the location is correct and retry.

Message :Error: VertexInvalidTaxAreaIdException: Cannot find tax area. Please verify that the tax area id [XX,XXX,XXX] provided for the location is correct and retry.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit the 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS' request using an Order Management Responsibility,
2. Navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces,
3. Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS',
4. Enter the delivery or stop and execute the request.
