Award By Spreadsheet Export Quotes XML Spreadsheet File Errors: File cannot be opened because of errors (Doc ID 3062212.1)

Award by Spreadsheet Export Quotes XML Spreadsheet file is not opening and failing with error.

Request For Quotation (RFQ) has 88 quotes (responses). When using the Award by Spreadsheet function to export quotes so the awarding can be performed offline in the spreadsheet, the xml spreadsheet file is generated (18,574KB file size).

But when trying to open the file, the error message occurs "This file cannot be opened because of errors..........."

This is only happening with this RFQ. XML spreadsheet files for other quotes associated with other RFQ's are able to export and be opened. Its possible this is due to the size of the file (number of responses).

STEPS

1. Go to a closed RFQ.
2. From the Actions LOV, select "Award by Spreadsheet".
3. Click the Go button.
4. Format - Select "XML Spreadsheet - Rich Style (.xml) Quotes - Select "Active"
5. Click Export
6. Error occurs
