Symptoms

When select multiple payments in Payment Workbench and print remittance advice, the following error messages occurs:

 

java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("IBY"."IBY_VIEW_PARAMETERS_GT"."VALUE")
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXTRACTGEN_PVT", line 380


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Login to payables responsibility-->Payment Workbench
2. Selecting multiple payments and print remittance advice
