Symptoms
When attempting to use MSCA Complete Product (Cmplt Product) page to enter transactions for By-Product items
the following error occurs after entering the by-product item in the Item Field. Completion transaction for the by-product can be completed in the application forms.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs into mobile
2. Navigate to Cmplt Product page
3. Enter in By-Product item
4. Error is given on the mobile page.
