Symptoms

Issue 1: In the Search Consolidated Invoices page, the Estimated Tax column amount is not populated.


Issue 2: In the Search Consolidated Invoices Page, when selecting an invoice and clicking the "Calculate Tax" button on approved, cancelled invoice (which should have already had estimated tax calculated during invoice generation) results in unexpected error page:

Steps:

Issue 1:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Billing-->Consolidated Invoice Review

2. In the Search Consolidated Invoices page, select a consolidated invoice and observe the "Estimated Tax" column is not populated.

Issue 2:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Billing-->Consolidated Invoice Review

2. In the Search Consolidated Invoices page, select a consolidated invoice and click the "Calculate Tax" button.
