Symptoms
Find that meter entry screen shows wrong usage quantity if meter read is reset.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using lease super user responsibility, author and book a usage based contract.
2. Enter reads.
3. Bill the reads.
4. Using installed base screen reset the read.
5. Navigate back to OLFM to meter entry screen to enter read for next period.
6. The prior read shown is correct but calculation for usage quantity is incorrect.
7. Billing for entered reads works correctly so seems to be a display issue in OLFM screens.
