When creating an Installed Base Instance the following error is received.

Procedure AUTOINSTANTIATE_COUNTERS API Programming Error: CS_Counters_PUB.AutoInstantiate_Counters
API Failed. Could not associate a Counter for this Instance.

The item was previously associated to a Counter Group. After that association, the Item Attribute 'Serviceable' has been disabled for the item in the Master Item setup form in Inventory.

The naming convention is changed in 11.5.10; the 'Serviceable' item attribute has been renamed: 'Enable Contract Coverage'. It can be found on the Master Item setup form >> Service Tab >> Service Block.
