Symptoms
When trying to cancel the PO Shipment of a Release, the following error is encountered:

APP-PO-14160: Document action bot completed successfully
Cause: You attempted to perform a document action that is incompatible with the document status
Action: No action required.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility > Purchase Order Summary form > query with the BPA Release > Tools >> Control > Cancel Release Shipment
