Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Forms for App Technology
When attempting to Open the Few Help Page from Forms
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Into EBS & Launch the Java Form
2. In Any Form click on Help -> View Topic information
3. Which shows the above 404 Error Message
