Getting ORA-30009 Error While Querying Discrete Job Using Discrete Job Number In Find Discrete Job Form (Doc ID 3063620.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to query discrete job using discrete job number having more than 8 characters in Find Discrete Job form, getting the following error - 

ORA-30009: Not enough memory for CONNECT BY operation

Issue can be reproduced while performing below -

1) WIP > Discrete > Discrete Jobs > Find Discrete Jobs

2) Enter the Job Name in Jobs From and To. 

3) Click Find
