Imported Price Break Information Missing After Publish RFQ (Doc ID 3063741.1)

Symptoms

Imported Price Break information is missing after published RFQ and RFQ viewed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In Sourcing responsibility:
1. Go to Sourcing Home page -> Create RFQ
2. Enter the RFQ information (select OUTCOME as Blanket Purchase Agreement)
  - Go to Lines
3.Create Line
  - Then select Actions: Import Price Tiers -> click Go
4. Import Spreadsheet (Tab-delimited format)   xx.txt file
  - File gets imported
5. Click on Line or Update to view the price tiers.
  - Imported price break information shown
6. Publish RFQ
7. Go to view published RFQ -> Line --> no Price break information
