Symptoms

The Deliverable Tracking form OKEDTSFM has slow performance when the project number is added.

The poor performing query in tkprof trace shows:


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in with Contracts responsibility
  2. Navigate: Project Organizer , query for a project number > Deliverable Tracking System
  3. Select Any line, And Scroll to the right to Project Number field and add project number
