How To Access Attachments Created During Requisition Change Requests ? (Doc ID 3063810.1)

Goal

When a change request is initiated the user has the possibility to add attachment(s) to the changed line. Those supporting documents related to the purchase requisition and purchase order (added while user entered changed requests) are not accessible anywhere else but the change request approval notification (attachments with ENTITY NAME = REQ_LINE_CHANGES).

Example Steps:
 1. In iProc Responsibility > Requisition is raised, approved and PO is autocreated for it
 2. Resulting PO is approved
 3. Change request is initiated against the requisition
     a. Go to iProc Resp > Query the Req
     b. Select Change button
     c. Change the amount and add file attachment
     d. Submit
 4. Approver opens change request notification and can view attachments added in 3c above
 5. Nowhere else can those attachments be reviewed in the application
