Error While Creating Calendar Base PM Schedule From Activity Workbench (Doc ID 3063824.1)

Symptoms


When trying to create a new Calendar Based Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule by navigating to PM Schedule Definition form from Activity Workbench form, the following error occurs at saving time:

exception in insert pm rules - others

Steps:
1. [R] Enterprise Asset Management
2. [N] Activities > Activity Workbench
3. Query an activity or by asset.
4. Click on PM (Preventive Maintenance) button.
5. Create a new PM Schedule with based date rules
6. Save.
