Symptoms
After creating a Calendar Based PM schedule by accessing the Preventive Maintenance Schedule Definition form from the Activity Workbench form, the users cannot close the form anymore
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to Activity -> Activity Workbench>Launch
3. Search for activity.
4. Click on the Preventive Maintenance button.
5. Enter new PM Definition of type Calendar Based
6. PM schedule is created, the form is stuck and cannot be closed
