Symptoms

When creating a new project with a particular employee as a Project Manager, get the following error:

Note: The error only occurs when entering one particular employee as the Project Manager.  Other employees do not have this issue.


Steps
=====
1. Login to a Projects Self Service responsibility.

2. Navigate: Projects: Delivery > Create Project.

3. In the 'Create Project: Select Source' page:
select an existing Project Template or Project that the new Project will be created from. Click 'Continue'.

4. In the 'Create Project: Details' page:
Enter values for all required fields, i.e. Project Number, Project Name, Organization, Project Manager

5. Click 'Finish' button and get the error:
