Symptoms

Grant setup seems corrupted in Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) You revoked a grant, but the grant icon still shows up with "No Grant. You tried changing to grant by revoke/create multiple times, but it doesn't reflect.
Currently, any EBS user can execute a Rest Service even though there is no grant created for it.



The latest ISG Patch is applied and you also tried to clear the cache, but didn't work. - How To Clear The Cache Using Functional Administrator? (Doc ID 759038.1)
