Item, Subinventory And Locator Fields Grey Out On Previous Unsaved Tag Counts In Physical Inventory Tag Counts Form (Doc ID 3064051.1)

Actual Behavior
Item, subinventory and locator fields get greyed out on previous unsaved tag counts in Physical Inventory Tag Counts form.
When entering Physical Inventory Tag Counts for blank tags, the previous row fields get greyed out.

Expected Behavior
None of the fields in the previous rows should get greyed out.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Inventory > Counting
2. Go to Physical Inventory Tag Counts form
3. Query by the Physical inventory name
4. Enter a row with Item, subinventory, and locator details
5. Go to the next row to enter details for the second row. Hit down arrow button on the keyboard to go to the next row.
6. The previous row details get greyed out
