Title Date and Registration Expiration Date to be same in Lease Center

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Lease Center Agent and Search with Contract XX
2. Go to Contract Tab Asset Tab > Open an Asset -> Registration Tan
3. Updated title fields in Lease Center screens by utilizing calendar option for dates 'DD-MON-YYYY'
4. Lease Center displays values in Title Date and Registration Expiration Date fields as 'DD-MON-YYYY'
5. Title Date and Title Registration Expiration Date fields are both displayed in HTML screen as 'DD-MON-YYYY'
6. Should have Title Date and Title Registration Expiration Date fields with format of 'YYYY-MM-DD' and both Lease Center and HTML screens should have correct date formats displayed
