Symptoms

The PO_IGT_SERVICE_INVOKER_ORDER – Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program Push fails on Buyer Initiated Order (BIO) that has any field containing § symbol.

The View Response shows error:

Steps
====

1. In G-Invoicing, create an Advance BIO Order that has § symbol in any of the fields.  Approve the Order.

2. The Servicing Agency rejects the Advance BIO Order.

3. Run the "Intragovernmental Order Interface Program" to Push back to G-Invoicing.

The Push back to G-Invoicing fails, and the View Response shows error:
   errors:[{"code":"400","message":"Field programAuthCitation contains invalid character(s)."}]}
