Symptoms
In the General Ledger Journal Approval flow, the Preparer's Notification shows the 'FROM' column empty for the notification in the worklist, while the journal has been fully approved.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Oracle General Ledger > As Preparer user, Submit a batch for approval
2. As Manager user> Worklist > The journal gets approved (it may be approved by one or more Managers)
3. As Preparer user > Worklist
4. Check the Notification for the journal submitted for approval in step1 > Observe the 'FROM' field is null and no Manager is mentioned
