Symptoms

While attempting to apply the patch 37134123:R12.PAY.C, after running the post install steps, the following error is observed for packages: PAY_IE_ERR_ARCH (pyieerrarch.pkb) and PAY_IE_PAYE_RESPONSE_PKG (pyiepayeresp.pkb) when checking for invalid objects:

PLS-00114: identifier 'GET_SMALL_BENEFITS_EXEMPTION_L' too long
PLS-00114: identifier 'COUNT_RPNS_NOT_UPLOADED_BY_REV' too long

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch 37134123:R12.PAY.C.
2. Run post install steps: Data Install and HRGlobal.
3. Check for invalid objects > the error message is displayed for PAY_IE_ERR_ARCH Package (pyieerrarch.pkb) and PAY_IE_PAYE_RESPONSE_PKG Package (pyiepayeresp.pkb).
