Run the Mexican Electronic Trial Balance - XML with parameter Include Statistical Balances = Y and find that and account value is missing in report output.  If the report is ran with Include Statistical Balances = N, missing value is present.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Mexican General Ledger Responsibility
2. Run Mexican Electronic Trial Balance - XML with parameter Include Statistical Balances = Y
3. Find that and account xxxxx is missing.
4. If report is ran with Include Statistical Balances = N, missing account appears on report output.
