Symptoms
Effort Report has been run for superseded employees and it is displaying duplicate records.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Labor Distribution responsibility
2. Run the PSP: Create Effort Reports (Multi-Threaded) concurrent process
Navigate: Processes and Reports > Run > Single Request
3. View Effort Report Monitor
Navigate: Effort Reporting > Effort Report Monitor
