Error: 'Unable to Perform Transaction on the Record' When Clicking on Cancel on a Payment in Oracle iReceivables (Doc ID 3064427.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on Cancel after entering payment information on a invoice in iReceivables the following error occurs:

'Unable to perform transaction on the record. \nCause: The record has been deleted by another user. \nAction: Cancel the transaction and re-query the records to get the new data.'


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: iReceivables
Navigation
: Customer Search

  1. Select an invoice and click on pay
  2. Change the amount of the receipt, then click on cancel and get the error.

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2
