Previously Saved Credit Card Options Show When Paying With a New Credit Card in Oracle iReceivables

Symptoms
When paying by credit card in iReceivables, the Payment Method = New Credit Card, but the options below that are for 'Previously Saved Credit Card'. The issue occurs when switching from one customer to another. The first customer has a saved credit card, but the second customer does not.
The user has no option but to exit the application and go back in to pay for the second customer.
Query a customer and pay an invoice with a saved credit card.
Query a second customer, that has no saved credit cards, and try to pay with a new credit card. The options shown in the page are for a previously saved card.
