Post Patch 36574581:R12.OZF.C ,The market eligibility page when they are searching based on beneficiary name we are getting the below error.
"oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException"
 
searching based on beneficiary name, they are getting the below error after 5 minutes.

Failure of Web Server bridge:
  No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

1. Apply Patch 36574581:R12.OZF.C
2. Oracle Trade Management-->(N) Trade planning
3. Go to Market Eligibility-->searching based on beneficiary name
