Symptoms

After patch 37142996:R12.FV.C the Federal Activity Attributes Creation (FAAC) process is deriving incorrect totals for Performance Obligation journals from Project Accounting for certain SGLs in the FV_GTAS_ACTIVITY_BALANCES table.

37142996:R12.FV.C - In Oracle Federal Financials Federal Activity Attributes Creation process is not refreshing the Activity Balances

When FAAC is run with profile "Recreate Activity Balances" set to "Yes" the FAAC process is deriving incorrect totals for Performance Obligation journals from Project Accounting for certain SGLs in the FV_GTAS_ACTIVITY_BALANCES table.

As a result the line amounts in GL_JE_LINES and FV_GTAS_ACTIVITY_BALANCES do not match for Performance Obligation journals from Project Accounting.
