Symptoms

When running the PO_IGT_SERVICE_INVOKER_ORDER: Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program with REQUEST_MODE = PUSH, the below error is shown in the Response XML :


Customer is currently on the Servicing Side December 2023 CU Patch 36360761:R12.PA.C .

Steps
====
1. From the Servicing side, run the "Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program" with parameters:

AGENCY_TYPE = SERVICING_AGENCY
REQUEST_MODE = PUSH
REQUEST_TYPE = UPDATE_ORDER
ORG_ID = <enter ORG_ID>
AGENCY_LOCATION_CODE = <enter Agency Local Code>
DOCUMENT_NUMBER = <enter Order number>

2. The Response XML shows the error.
