Symptoms

After enabled View Attachment via personalization and updated WIP_WS_CUSTOM.get_attachment_exists code to validate if an attachment exists on the job/operation.
The dispatch list icon only shows if operation has attachments. However, job search operations shows the icon for all operations even when an attachment does not exist.

Job search operations icon should not be shown if no attachment exists.

1. MES Operator: Add View Attachments to dispatch list via personalization.
2. Remove the Dispatch list, Express Move Header, Express Move Scrap, Express Move Complete, and Remove Serialized
3. Relogin with same responsibility show the correct personalization
4. After updating with WIP_WS_CUSTOM changes, the attachments have an icon only when the operation has an attachment. This is the desired behavior.
