The List of values for administrator field shows 'No results found' when creating, updating, duplicating acquisition plan summary.


STEPS
1. Navigate to Acquisition Plan Summary responsibility -> Acquisition Plan Summary -> Acquisition Plan Summary Home page.
2. Click on Create Acquisition Plan Summary from Shortcuts region.
3. Fill the field values for Title, Currency, planned Funding, Description, Effective date, Chose Agency and try to update Administrator by search.
4. Try to find any Administrators by using Full Name, Employee Number and Email Address, results will not be found for any.

5. From Acquisition Plan Summary Home page, click on update to update any existing Approved or Draft Acquisition Plan Summaries, and try to update Administrator by search.
6. Try to find any Administrators by using Full Name, Employee Number and Email Address, results will not be found for any.
