Unapplied Cash Metric in Lease Cash Flow Command Center is not Showing the Updated Amount

Symptoms
Find that the Unapplied Cash metric in Lease Cash Flow Command Center is not showing the updated amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to Lease Cash Flow Command Center.
2. Go to Open Receipts tab and make a note of unapplied cash metric amount.
3. Navigate to AR and apply some portion of that unapplied receipt amount to invoices.
4. Make a note of the new unapplied amount.
5. Run incremental load.
6. Go back to the ECC dashboard, the unapplied cash still shows the old amount. It is not getting updated.
