Symptoms



From Suppliers page, when trying to update any field for a supplier/vendor, the following error appears:

   

ORA-06508 PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG Procedure Update_Vendor




Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Payables Responsibility
  2. Navigate: Suppliers > Inquiry
  3. Query up a Supplier
  4. Select Update button
  5. Try to update any field
  6. Error appears
