Dispatch Center "Select Territories And Task Owners" - "My Groups" Drop Down Does Not Display All Values (Doc ID 3064953.1)

In the Dispatch Center form, the "Select Territories and Task Owners" form has a function to select Territories based on Groups.
The "My Groups" drop down list in the top right corner is filtering the selected "Task Owner" groups out of the drop down.
The My Groups LOV helps in selecting the territories, and not the task owners so the LOV should not be removing values.

Steps

1. Field Service Dispatcher Responsibility
2. Navigate to Dispatch Center -> Navigate(menu) -> Select Territories and Task Owners(Forms UI).
3. Note that the 'My Groups' drop down has 7 values.
4. Select the Territory named 'Service' and move to Selected section. Click OK button.
5. Open the Select Territories and Task Owners(Forms UI) again.
6. Check the values in 'My Groups' drop down. Note that only six values are present now. The value(Service) selected in Task Owner section does not appear.

The values in 'My Groups' drop down should have all the values(seven values). It should not change when a ('Task Owner' -> 'Candidate Owner' -> 'My Groups') value is is selected.
