Transfer Price in Material Transaction is Calculated Incorrectly Due to Change in Exchange Rate (Doc ID 3065018.1)

Symptoms

User processed an Internal Requisition to Internal Sales Order between different operating units that has two different currencies. The exchange rate captured and accounted on the intercompany invoices at the time of shipment is correct. However during receipt, the transfer price recorded in the material transaction is different since the exchange rate has changed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps :

1. Run Create intercompany accounts receivable / accounts payable invoices from order management
2. Change exchange rate and receive the shipment on next day
3, See the receipt is accounted at different transfer price
