How to remove reservations with demand type Field Service Debrief (CSF_DBF) that are not deleted by the standard reservation cleanup (i2471362.sql) ?

Reservations are recent and some are years old like from 2019. There are 100s of these records. 

Expect datafix to remove old reservations of type debrief CSF_DBF.

DEMAND_SOURCE_TYPE_ID 13 / Inventory
DEMAND_SOURCE_NAME CSF_DBF
SUPPLY_SOURCE_TYPE_ID 13 / Inventory

What tried

Ran generic data fix i2471362.sql from Note 1471606.1 but still the orphan Debrief reservations exists. The standard script did not delete the Debrief reservations.

Steps

1. Navigate to Inventory > Onhand > Reservations
2. Search for an item
3. See Inventory supply and Demand Source Type Field Service Debrief (CSF_DBF)
4. Cannot remove the records
