Symptoms

 When attempting to delete a region, the following error is raised:

You cannot delete this region as it has dependent child records.


Steps
------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Setup
4. Regions and Zones
5. Query Region and try to delete.
