BOM Synchronization Error On Executing 'Check all models/bills similarity' Report (Doc ID 3065197.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the "Check all models/bills similarity" report, the following error occurs.

ERROR

BOM Synchronization, version 120.12.12020000.8, started 2024/11/29/06:05:08, session run ID: 37774
DB_SETTINGS for skipping item property mismatch is used only for BOM similarity report.
Multiple import source servers found, unable to synchronize.


STEPS

1. Log in to the Configurator instance
2. Navigate to Schedule > Check Bill(s) Similarity report
3. Enter appropriate parameters
4. Submit
5. Error occurs
