Symptoms

Transaction Open Interface (MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE) shows WIP Issue transaction stuck with below error

Error:
transaction_source_name not valid. Please re-enter 1

The issue can be checked with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS and choose Inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to: Transactions > Transaction Open Interface > Search with item
3. Find that transaction is stuck with above error.
